WHAT INFO DO WE NEED?

• First and Last name of the person to who the check will be issued to.
• Address, city, and zip code of the person to who the check will be issued to, please make sure this address is the same address your bank has on file for the person who the check will be issued to.
• The amount you want on the check, since its a mobile deposit check you must keep the amount within $5,000 – $10,000 for each check.
